By accessing or using the JodiCore platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
JodiCore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business operations. You may not sublicense, resell, or make the Service available to third parties without written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and ensuring all users on your account comply with these Terms. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@jodicore.com.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the JodiCore platform. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You grant JodiCore a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
We target 99.9% uptime for the JodiCore platform. Planned maintenance will be communicated via the status page at status.jodicore.com. We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control.
You may not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to access systems without authorisation; transmit malicious code; reverse engineer any part of the platform; or use the Service to infringe third-party intellectual property.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific plan agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. JodiCore may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JodiCore's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by applicable commercial law in the jurisdiction of JodiCore's registered entity. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before proceeding to formal dispute resolution.
