When you use JodiCore, we collect information you provide directly (such as account registration details, form submissions, and support requests) and information collected automatically (such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns).
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the JodiCore platform; send transactional and operational emails; respond to enquiries and support requests; improve platform performance; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud and abuse.
We may send you service-related emails from noreply@jodicore.com including onboarding messages, billing notifications, and system alerts. These communications are necessary for the operation of the service. You may also receive marketing communications from hello@jodicore.com which you can opt out of at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in platform delivery (such as hosting, payment processing, and email delivery) under strict data processing agreements.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We maintain access logs, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. See our Security Policy for full details.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. Upon account termination, data is securely deleted within 90 days unless legal retention requirements apply.
