Everything you need to set up, configure, and master JodiCore for your business.
Welcome to JodiCore. This guide will walk you through setting up your account, configuring your first modules, and connecting your team.
After your account is provisioned, you will be prompted to create your organisation profile. Enter your company name, primary currency, country, and industry. This information is used to pre-configure compliance rules and regional settings.
Navigate to Settings → Team Members to invite colleagues. JodiCore uses role-based access control — you can assign granular permissions per module per user. Common roles include Admin, Manager, Cashier, and Viewer.
From your dashboard, navigate to Platform → Modules and enable the modules relevant to your business. Each module can be configured independently before going live.
JodiCore supports CSV, Excel, and API-based data import for products, customers, employees, and historical transactions. Use the Import Wizard under each module's Settings section.
Advanced configuration options are available under Settings → Platform Configuration. This includes webhook endpoints, API key management, multi-location setup, and currency rules.
